my room had great views of the city and the water from the upper floors, acceptable enough.
restaurant service left much to be desired. I think the staff was invisible. breakfast wasn't included, a fact conveniently omitted during check-in, quite the good surprise.

my room offered a beautiful city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. the bed was comfortable. the room size exceeded my expectations. i found the wellness area to be great.
The water in the indoor pool felt colder than expected. i wished it was warmer for a more relaxing swim. i noticed additional parking fees of €20 per day. The reception did not mention this during check-in. this came as an unpleasant surprise at the end of my stay.

the location was nice and the view was amazing. a staff member named frane stood out. he ensured a smooth check-in late at night and were great too meet our needs. i would choose this hotel again knowing it has great staff.
the water in the indoor pool was much colder than expected for the time of year. i had hoped for a warmer and more relaxing swim. otherwise all was very good

the staff at the front desk were super helpful and polite they provided excellent service. i also found the breakfast staff to be very efficient and courteous. everyone was eager to assist with any request.

the gym offered professional level equipment i found that quite surprising. the equipment was new and high quality and it made working out enjoyable. i appreciate the attention to detail in this hotel

The water in the indoor pool was too cold. I was expecting a warmer temperature. also, noise in the hallway late at night disturbed my rest. i had to ask some children to be quiet
